Direct and manage formulation R&D team to develop the products of sustained release oral solid dosage form.

Above 10 years of formulation R&D work experience and 5 years in sustained release oral solid dosage form. Wholly understand the technical requirement and procedure of R&D. Expertise in CGMP, Regulatory and ICH guideline, FDA guideline and ANDA submission documentation. Previous successful management experience is required. Ability to motivated and mentor the team.
